How to play

Drag a rectangle over tiles whose numbers add up to exactly 10. They snap away and the tiles above fall into place. Three or more in a line blast the whole row, and a square of 2×2 or bigger is a bomb. Tens in a row without a mistake build a combo that multiplies your points.

• Classic: two minutes on the clock. Clears add time, and every 50 tiles you reach a new level.
• Daily: the same board for everyone, a new one every day. Clear it in as few moves as you can.
• Levels: 1,000 boards to clear completely. Fewer moves earn more stars.
• Zen: no timer. Play at your own pace.

TenSnap Plus

TenSnap is free to play. TenSnap Plus is an optional subscription that removes the ads between rounds and the banners, and gives you 3 free hints every day. It comes as a weekly, monthly or yearly plan; the price for your country is shown in the game before you buy.

Restore a purchase

On a new device, or after reinstalling, open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to subscribe.

Cancel or change your plan

Subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google, so you manage them in your account settings, not in the game:

• iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TenSnap, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are decided by them. On Apple devices, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Google Play, see Google Play's refund page.

Your progress

Progress is saved on your device. On iPhone and iPad it is also kept in your own iCloud, so it follows you to a new device signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on. We don't hold a copy ourselves, so we can't restore progress from our side.

Daily reminder

Turn it on or off in the game's Settings. If no reminder arrives, check that notifications for TenSnap are allowed in your device's settings.

Ads

The free version shows a short ad between some rounds and a banner on a few screens. You can also choose to watch an ad for extra time or a hint. TenSnap Plus removes the ads between rounds and the banners. How ad partners handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Something isn't working

• Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
• Restart the game: close it from the app switcher and open it again.
